REGULAR SLOTTED CONTAINERS
The most common box style out of all. The flaps of the box are of the same length from the score to the edge.
TOP-BOTTOM TRAY & RING TYPE BOXES
Frequently used for bulky yet fragile cargo. The container is in 3 pieces: Top & bottom tray and the ring-type walls without any flaps.
CORRUGATED SHEET / LINERS
The corrugated board is made out of a fluted sheet between 2 liner boards. Often used as partitions and dividers.
DIE CUT CUSTOM
These are customized boxes, developed as per the requirement of the customer. Mainly developed for a unique fap design with a locking system or partitions and fixtures.
FULL OVER LAP
Also known as meeting flap design, the outer flaps for the box are full length (As wide as the box). The extra long flaps makes the box stronger and protects while handling.
CORRUGATED TRAYS
Used mainly for holding other items in it, corrugated trays are useful when product visibility is a top priority. Very frequently used in the food and beverages industry.
HALF SLOTTED CONTAINERS
Half-slotted containers are similar to RSC (Regular slotted containers) except they only have flaps only on one end and not the other. This type of container is open on one end which allows it to slide over the item that needs to be packed.
